While some there was miscommunication (on both ends) prior to our picking up our reserved vehicle, the employee that we dealt with was very accommodating and got us on our way for our trip. One of the cars we used was Hyundai Sonata which I drove and I truly enjoyed driving that car. The gas mileage was phenomenal, it was super comfortable and smooth driving. My husband drove a Jeep Compass and said that the seats were really uncomfortable. All in all, we had a good experience but some of the policies are rediculous and need to be explained during the reservation process rather than 5 minutes before you are picking up the vehicle, so you can leave on a 12 hour road trip, and the vehicle you were promised and it's not there nor available due to company policy. But again the employee worked out a solution and got us on the road.
The service was good. I have paid for full size sedan and as there were none available I was given an SUV which I was happy about but that car was not as comfortable compared to the one I have booked but overall it was good
Rented a car for the week. Great service to pick up. Only problem was drop off. There were about 20 people waiting to either pickup, drop off or switch out vehicles. There was only one person in the office to take care of all of these people. One lady had been waiting for an hour and a half. They need to be staffed accordingly. He told us that this was their busy time so clearly this was not the only time this has happened.
The car drove well from what my husband said and they had no problems with it on the trip there or back. There was plenty of room for luggage as well as an extra person.
The cleaning thing is the only reason I didn't give you 5 stars. Keep up the good work, but maybe check up on whoever is supposed to be doing the cleaning a bit more regularly. ;)
I have had several positive experiences at this location for renting vehicles. I travel for work 4-5 times a year and always rent a car from this location. I have had them pick me up a couple of times; of which they were always on time and courteous. Every time I have rented a car from them, it has been in good condition and ready to go. They can get busy in their office, but they're efficient about getting to everyone.
We rented a car to go pick up a guest speaker that was flying in to St. Louis for Easter weekend. The sales person was very helpful and pleasant. He made sure to walk us through everything although we had rented from you before.
There was ONE issue with the car. When we looked it over before taking it out, there were a couple of cleaning misses. There were some sort of large crumbs in the front passenger seat as well as what looked like food smears of some sort in the back seat - which could have been a stain although I'm not sure it actually was. It just looked like whoever cleaned it didn't try very hard, or maybe it got missed between rentals by accident. The car wasn't filthy or anything, just a few little things that could have been taken care of. The sales person did go out of his way to make it right for us and made sure that we were happy with our rental.
