My furnace would not light. They arrived quickly and performed a safety check and found the problem. Had to order parts but they arrived within 48 hours. The part was installed and furnace cleaned. They act in a very professional manner and I would not hesitate to call them anytime.
Inconsistent & Unreliable. We had Rod give us a quote in Jan 2016 for a bathroom job which was to include a tankless hot water heater. They performed some of the work on the quote (installation of PEX and a utility sink). We asked for a new quote, because we did some of the work ourselves, which we did not get. It was very aggravating trying to get a call/email reply. And the job is still incomplete (no tankless installed). They are nice people, but not professional or responsive.

A driver from this company nearly caused an accident while speeding on hwy 16 between Charleston & Mattoon. The driver sped up close to a car (in the left lane next to me), when the car didn't speed up to get over, the driver honked a couple times & went closer to the cars bumper. All of this happened while it was RAINING.
I have not utilized their service however, if that is how the drivers perform, I could never use a company like this.
Called repeatedly over several days. Always told someone would be out later that day. 7 days later,still no one showed up
