Isaac and the whole team at KC Summers Nissan were amazing. They made the car buying process so easy and stress free! They took the time to answer all of my questions and gave me a very fair price for my trade in! This has been the best car buying experience. I live over an hour away from the dealership but I will be returning to have them do all of the servicing on my new car.
The service department has been courteous, but have made several errors in ordering parts and “assessing” issue. We have now been there 3 times for same issues...wrong parts were ordered causing us to go back and again wrong part ordered. Needless to say, we are unsure of the service department’s capability.

*****UPDATED NOTE: We returned today to get the correct part installed and everything was fixed. The Service Manager was on top of the repair issue and very apologetic for our past problems. My husband and I are appreciative of everything he did to help us*****
I just bought my second car here. As always, K C Summers strives to earn your business. 7 years ago, my son totaled my car. I have to have a car for work as I drive, sometimes, 200 miles per day. I looked for a week for a car, which is not easy to do without a car. The next Monday, Pat at K C Summers had a car driven down 30 miles to me and said use it for work and don't worry about it. If you like it, at end of the week, we can talk about it. Well that was the most awesome thoughtful thing. The local dealer wouldn't let me use theirs for a day.
