Not happy with the way my deal was handled. I was told the price on my auto would be one price and then when I arrived at the dealership to sign the papers found that there was an additional $286.95 fee. The finance manager removed the fee, but then gave me $400 less than the agreed upon price for my trade in “because it had to be made up somewhere.” He attempted to explain to me how he handled the paperwork, but it did not make sense to me. First time buying a car on my own...live and learn I guess. Mike Roe (sales) was very nice
